1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Time

We partner with global fulfillment centers to bring you the best products at competitive prices.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically take 6 to 10 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

📊 Total Estimated Time: From the moment you click "Buy" to delivery, you can expect your package to arrive in approximately 8 to 13 business days total (Processing + Shipping time).

3. Shipment Tracking

  • Every order includes tracking.
  • Within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

4. Shipping Rates

  • [Option A - Free Shipping] We are proud to offer Free Express Delivery (Tracked) on all orders!
  • [Option B - Flat Rate] We offer a flat shipping fee of $4.95 on all orders for Express Priority Delivery (Tracked).

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Breezy Chaps is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We automate our order fulfillment process, meaning orders are processed and sent out very quickly.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@shopbreezyco.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to change it, but we cannot guarantee changes after this window.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Breezy Chaps is not liable for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing or stolen.
  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbors before contacting us at support@shopbreezyco.com.
