Breezy Chaps – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Breezy Chaps! We want you to love what you ordered. However, if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Please read our policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.
  • If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • You will need to provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Note on Return Shipping: Because we operate as a direct-to-consumer dropshipping store to keep our prices competitive, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we want to make it right immediately!

  • Please contact us at support@shopbreezyco.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage or the incorrect item.
  • Once verified, we will send out a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. You do not need to return damaged items.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Perishable goods or cosmetics/beauty products.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or bodysuits.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Gift cards and items purchased on "Final Sale."

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@shopbreezyco.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label. We will provide you with the correct return warehouse address.
  3. Once your return is authorized, package the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days (depending on your bank).

7. Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Cancellations: Because our order processing is automated with our suppliers, you must request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Incorrect Addresses: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is lost or returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Breezy Chaps is not responsible for issuing a refund or free replacement.
